Giuliana & Marc

We had the opportunity to shoot Guiliana + Mark’s engagement session just before the holidays last Decemeber. Their Valentine’s Day theme is quite appropriate for the upcoming occasion! Up at the crack of dawn in freezing cold weather, we headed out with heart shaped balloons in hand to White Rock Beach, a memorable place for the two of them. White Rock Beach was where they had their first date! Awww :)

Before starting the shoot, I was so careful to hold on to the two balloon so they wouldn’t fly away. I tied them to the tripod legs, around my wrist and made sure it was constantly secured. Of couse, as soon as I said “Hopefully they don’t fly away!” One of the balloons came loose and flew off into the sky! Ironic! But it made for a fun story to tell!
